Danastris specializes in acquiring service and manufacturing companies. We target businesses with EBITDA ranging between $0.5-2.5M and EBITDA margins of 15% or higher. Ideal candidates for acquisition have an established management team and have demonstrated consistent growth over the past three or more years.

Leadership

Maria has extensive experience in the services and industrials sectors, drawing from her management consulting experience and family business background.

Maria is a former management consultant and manager with McKinsey & Company, where she worked with Fortune 500 companies on strategic and operational topics. She supported clients with initiatives such as improving operations (e.g., cash flow management, inventory management, marketing and sales KPIs optimization), launching new industrial businesses, developing investment fund strategies, and executing due diligence processes.

Maria’s family business background is in HVAC installations for multifamily homes, which has given her a solid understanding of the complexities involved in technical services and client management.

Maria has an MA in Strategy & International Management from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and a BSc in Finance from Bocconi University in Italy.
